Classroom Update

I was able to tie together a few loose ends in my classroom today. Some of the projects that I had started working on and weren't able to complete are now done. Check it out!

Our birthday board...I'm really not too thrilled about the color of the background, but it's done now and I don't want to take it down to redo it.

Our work display board. Now, I love the way this turned out. (At left: me ironing my bulletin board...well, the sheet on the bulletin board. Blame it on my OCD! I tried not to do it, but couldn't help myself.)

My teacher toolbox on my desk, with my to-do list. I think I'm going to add some color to the frame, but I love this idea...no paper to throw away and easy to manage.

Notice the wall underneath the cabinets has been covered. My OCD got to me again. (I think I may need counseling for this!!!)

Now if only I can get a final answer on what I will be teaching, then I could finish the rest of my decorating. We may be self-contained now. Mrs. Kraus is in the process of trying to fill the other two team members and then we will be able to decide how we want to proceed. Although I was quite excited about teaching Math, now I'm thinking I would rather be self-contained.
